2023 Exhibition Review

In 2023, Lianrou Machinery participated in 4 internationally renowned professional exhibitions and achieved bright results and a new high turnover. A series of new technologies and products were exhibited, attracting the attention of a large number of customers.

New products on display in 2023 are:

The LR-PS-EV280 pocket spring machine, with a maximum productivity of 280 springs/minute, has the highest productivity in the world and is characterized by its small size and low energy consumption.

LR-PSA-GLL Environmentally friendly non-adhesive pocket spring unit production line, fully automatic production of various thicknesses of non-adhesive pocket spring units, subverting the traditional process, abandoning glue bonding and effectively eliminating the problem of formaldehyde emitted from glue.

Fully automatic mattress laminating and laminating roll spraying machine LR-TA-PE with AI detection and correction function can effectively reduce the amount of glue used. The first application of AI technology ensures product quality and lower production costs.

Flexible mattress packaging line LR-MP-55P-LINE, fully automatic packaging of PE film and kraft paper, integrates several manual processes and doubles packaging efficiency.

High elasticity pocket spring machine LR-PS-UMS (UMD), high compression ratio,low cost production technology,spring pre-compression ratio exceeds 50%. Lower cost and weight of the spring unit
