From August 19–22, the 37th Asia International Furniture Materials Expo, themed “Global Furniture, Shunde Era,” was held at the Foshan Asia International Furniture Materials Trade Center. Lianrou attracted significant attention at Booth 013–014 with its exclusive “Crafted Core” pocket spring units, offering a fresh perspective on sleep health and aging care within the upholstered furniture sector.

The company focused on addressing the accelerating aging population and the growing demand for healthier sleep solutions. By integrating advanced technologies, Lianrou provides an innovative path to escape price-driven homogenization and tap into the booming wellness furniture market, bringing new opportunities and growth to the industry.

During the exhibition, Lianrou's pocket spring units were praised for their exclusive designs, fine craftsmanship, and strict quality control. The new “Cotton Sewn Functional Spring Unit” and the highly adaptable “Herringbone Spring for Electric Beds” became highlight products, attracting numerous inquiries from visitors.

With over 100 patented technologies dedicated to sleep health, Lianrou offers a range of exclusive spring units, such as spring sofa cores that reduce glue usage by replacing latex layers and spring bed frames that combine the functions of both wooden and steel frames.

In 2023, Lianrou produced China’s first glue-free pocket spring production line, pioneering the manufacturing technology for glue-free clover pocket springs. Today, Lianrou remains the leading manufacturer of this technology in China, continuously advancing it by launching ultra-low-profile clover springs as thin as 4 cm. These springs are now widely applied in pillows, cushions, tatami pads, thin mattresses, and car seats, with pillow springs becoming a frequently repurchased product by international brands.

Lianrou continues to enhance spring unit sustainability by reducing glue usage and improving functionality. Traditional glued springs struggle to adapt to adjustable bed frames, often bulging or losing support. The herringbone spring unit, with its ultrasonic zigzag welding, features inclined springs that fold smoothly to fit different angles, ensuring perfect alignment with electric bed frames.

Another featured product, the cotton-sewn functional spring unit, uses natural cotton-linen fabric and a sewn structure to deliver eco-friendly, low-glue, durable, moisture-absorbent, breathable, and noise-free performance. It is highly suitable for medical beds, folding beds, sofa beds, and other multifunctional mattress types.
