Versatile Mattress Pocket Spring Machine: One System Produces Three Spring Types

We offer a range of pocket spring machines tailored to different production capacities and bed core types. Our flagship “all-in-one” model, the LR-PS-UMS/UMD composite pocket spring machine, features an upgraded intelligent spring adjustment mechanism enabling flexible switching among high compression springs, four coil springs, and normal standard springs.

High-compression springs are produced using Lianrou’s ultra-high preload and high-compression technology, delivering comparable firmness with reduced wire consumption, resulting in lighter mattress nets and lower material and transportation costs.

Four-coil springs utilize a spiral structure to maximize support, halve wire usage while doubling rebound force, and provide superior firmness and durability.

Integrated Foam Spring Mattress Production Solution

Lianrou’s flagship product at Interzum, the LR-PSA-109B Pocket Spring Unit Upgraded Module for Cube, was a highlight of the event. It seamlessly integrates with the pocket spring assembly machine, enabling precise positioning of four-sided sponge strips, accurate lamination of upper and lower PK material, and automated flipping and correction. This system automates the assembly of sponge edge guards, PK material, and spring support layers, facilitating efficient production of pocket spring nets and foam core mattresses.

Capable of bonding 18-19 rows per minute, it accommodates various sponge thicknesses and PK cotton specifications, ensuring consistent quality and eliminating manual inconsistencies. This solution reduces manual labor and enhances production stability.

Customized Pocket Spring Mattress Offerings

In recent years, Lianrou has expanded into the independent manufacturing and wholesale distribution of premium pocket spring mattresses, featuring innovative designs tailored to the global sleep market.

· Micro Spring Units (Box Spring Pads) serve as comfort layers for mattresses and soft furnishings, utilizing glue-free welding and fixed-length technology suitable for high-end, removable mattresses.

· Four-leaf clover non-glue spring units with ultrasonic-welded, glue-free pocketed bed nets are designed for eco-friendly, healthy sleep solutions. The mini version, with a minimum height of 4 cm, caters to cushions, seat pads, pillows, and other mattress applications.

· Cloud foam spring units, designed for smart electric beds, incorporate built-in comfort layers for enhanced softness and support. Cozy Plume spring units employ a unique welding pattern, allowing flexible folding to fit various bed frames.

· Double-layer spring units feature a dual-spring support system customizable to body contours and stress points, providing optimal ergonomic support.

· Supermicro spring units, representing high-end mattress cores, contain 3,000 to 4,000 springs per unit, with dense stress point distribution for high firmness and resilience.
